    摘要:

    探讨了酰胺类聚羧酸系减水剂的合成工艺,设计采用聚醚胺(PN220)和聚丙烯酸(PAA)为共聚单体,直接聚合制得减水剂.通过试验,就PAA的相对分子质量、单体比例、聚合温度和时间对砂浆减水率、流动度保持性的影响规律进行了分析.在此基础上设计正交试验,得到最佳合成工艺.就采用最佳工艺所合成的产品,与当前普遍生产使用的以聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为单体合成的产品进行性能对比,结果表明前者是一种保坍性能优异的聚羧酸系减水剂,适用于坍落度保持性要求很高的混凝土.

    Abstract:

    Synthetic process of amide type polycarboxylate based superplasticizer was studied. Polyether amine(PN220) and polyacrylic acid(PAA) were used as the monomers and directly polymerized into superplasticizer. The effects of the relative molecular mass of PAA, monomer ratio, polymerization temperature and time on waterreducing rate and fluidity retention of the product were investigated through experiments. The orthogonal experiment is designed to find out the optimal synthesis technique. The performance of the product is compared with the superplasticizer which is prevailing in the market and synthesized by polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether(MPEG) and methacrylic acid. The results show that the former has excellent slump retention and it is suitable for preparation of concrete demanding outstanding slump retention.
