Abstract:Stress imposes a marked influence on concrete material and structures' durability, most engineering structures are mostly affected by the combined action of several durability deterioration factors, and the above research work is seldom seen at present.Indoor quick concrete carbonation experiment was designed and conducted in consideration of factors including external load, environmental corrosion medium, material properties and operation time, especially stress state and levels,CO_2 corrosion,water-cement ratio and carbonation time. The test result shows that concrete's carbonation rate decreases with time slowly;tensile stress can accelerate carbonation rate of concrete whereas compression stress retards carbonation. In a certain range, carbonation rate of concrete increases with water-cement ratio.Carbonation model is set up based on crossed influence of multi-factors by fitting and regressing the test data. After validated by engineering example, the model is reasonable.
