    摘要:

    就闭路球磨和立磨2种粉磨系统制备的矿渣粉基本特性进行了比较研究.结果表明:无论是立磨还是球磨矿渣粉,其粒度分布均符合Rosin-Rammler表达式,但是,球磨矿渣粉的粒度分布范围比立磨矿渣粉宽,均匀性较差.在粒度表征参数中,比表面积和中位径都可以很好表征2种矿渣粉的总体粗细程度.立磨矿渣粉的内摩擦角小于球磨矿渣粉,因此其流动性比较好.

    Abstract:

    A comparison study has been made between the properties of blast-furnace slag powders(BFSP) ground by ball mill(BFSP-B) and vertical mill(BFSP-V), respectively.The Blaine specific surface area of the powders ranges from 458 to 606 m~2/kg.The results indicate that the particle size distribution of BFSP is in accordance with Rosin-Rammler,the particle size distribution of BFSP-B is wider than that of BFSP-V.The general coarse-fine grade of the two kinds of ground slag powder can be accurately characterized with both specific surface area and median diameter(d_(50)).The internal friction angle of BFSP-V is less than that of BFSP-B,so it's fluidity is better.
