Using fly ash,calcium-adding agent,acrylic re-dispersible latex powder,cement,compound activator,cellulose ether and polypropylene fiber as main raw materials,a high-volume fly ash powder putty for exterior wall was compounded with appropriate powder antifoaming agent and anti-mildew agent.The performance effect of fly ash,acrylic re-dispersible latex powder,cement,compound activator,cellulose ether and polypropylene fiber on high-volume fly ash powder putty for exterior was discussed.The formulation of powder putty for exterior was confirmed.The physical and chemical properties of high-volume fly ash powder putty for exterior wall were tested.The results showed that,this high-volume fly ash powder putty for exterior wall containing 70%(by mass) fly ash,whose cost is much lower,is a high-physical and chemical properties and workability green putty.This research also develops a new way to utilize fly ash with good economy and society benefit.
