This article deals with preparation of artificial fish-reef by use of fly ash from thermal power plant and alkaline dregs from alkali factory in place of cement.The result shows that not only is the artificial fish-reef made of fly ash and alkaline dregs strong enough,but it does not pollute sea water.It is really a breakthrough in the construction of artificial fish-reef.
