    摘要:

    为探索螺旋扭状材料的螺旋增强效应,经过反复探索,确立了钢筋、钢纤维、有机玻璃3种螺旋扭状材料的成型方法,通过粘结锚固性能试验,验证了螺旋增强效应在各材料中的普遍性,确定了环状咬合作用是产生螺旋增强效应的根本原因,发现了螺旋扭状钢筋截面形状对其粘结锚固性能的影响作用,并对钢纤维的外形设计及螺旋扭状材料的应用条件给出了合理建议.

    Abstract:

    The processing method of three kinds of helical and twisted materials(steel bar,steel fiber and organic glass bar) was studied to investigate the helical reinforcement effect of helical and twisted materials.The results demonstrate that the helical reinforcement effect is appeared in all kinds of helical and twisted materials.The annular interlocking action is the primary mechanism for helical reinforcement,and the shape of the cross-section of the materials also have great influence to it.In addition,the reasonable suggestions about the design of steel fibar and using requirement of helical and twisted materials are also presented in order to popularize the application of them.
