    摘要:

    研究不同类型减水剂(梳形和线形聚羧酸高效减水剂,三聚磷酸钠(STPP)和磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(SM)减水剂)对不同耐火材料原料性能的影响,即研究不同类型减水剂对水泥净浆流动度及标准稠度用水量、硅微粉净浆流动度和高岭土泥浆粘度及悬浮性的影响,并分析其不同的作用机理.结果表明:减水剂的分子构型及相对分子质量与耐火材料原料粒度、表面活性及颗粒形态对该二者相容性影响很大;在设定配比的耐火材料浇注料中加入合适比例的复合减水剂,其对浇注料性能改善效果要优于单一减水剂,如降低了浇注料的孔隙率,提高了浇注料的机械强度.

    Abstract:

    Comb-shaped and linear polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducer and traditional STPP and SM are mixed separately into different refractory material.It was studied that how viscosity and suspensibility of kaolin mud,fluidity and water demand for normal consistency of cement paste and fluidity of silica fume paste were affected by different kinds of water reducer and different mechanisms were analyzed.The relative molecular mass and structure of water reducer and particle,activity and shape of refractory material particle have great impact on their compatibility.Appropriate proportion of mixed water reducer is added into designed refractory castable according to the compatibility of different water reducer and refractory material.Mixed water reducer is more effective than single water reducer and results in reduction of water demand and porosity and improvement of mechanical strength.
