Uniaxial compressive experiment for crumb rubber concrete(CRC) was conducted.The test results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of CRC decreases with the increase of crumb rubber contents.The influence of the size of the crumb rubber on the compressive strength was also investigated.The calculation formula for the strength estimation of CRC is presented.Based on the stress-strain curves,the constitutive equations are established including a parameter A.The constitutive parameter A decreases with the increase of crumb rubber contents,and with the decrease of the size of the crumb rubber.The calculation formula for estimation of value A is established.
