    用不同掺量的废橡胶粉取代页岩陶粒混凝土中的部分砂,配制成橡胶轻骨料混凝土(RLC),对RLC立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量以及受压破坏形态进行研究,并结合微观结构就废橡胶粉对页岩陶粒混凝土受压性能的影响进行了讨论.结果表明,随着废橡胶粉掺量的增加,RLC的干密度、抗压强度和弹性模量均逐渐减小,破坏形态也与普通陶粒混凝土的脆性破坏形态截然不同,表现出明显的塑性破坏特征.研究还发现废橡胶粉有一定的引气作用,且废橡胶粉与水泥石界面结合较好.

    Abstract:

    The rubberized lightweight aggregate concrete(RLC) was made by using different quantity of recycled rubber powder to replace the sand of shale ceramsite grain concrete.The compressive strength,elastic modulus,failure patterns and microstructure of RLC were investigated.Besides,the influence of rubber powder on the compressive mechanical properties of RLC was discussed.The results show that with increase dosage of rubber powder,the density,compressive strength and elastic modulus of RLC decrease gradually,and the failure patterns exhibit a gradual yielding pattern.It is discovered that rubber powder could entrain a large amount of micro air.There are more pores in the interfacial transition zone of RLC and the status of rubber powder adhered to cement paste is better than that of coarse aggregate.
