    摘要:

    研究不同激发剂对以粉煤灰为原料制备的地聚合物抗压强度的影响.研究结果表明:不同浓度的NaOH和KOH溶液对粉煤灰的激发效果较差,粉煤灰基地聚合物的抗压强度较低.碱溶液和K2SiO3溶液复合可提高激发效果,提高粉煤灰基地聚合物的抗压强度.激发效果最好的是K2SiO3溶液;随着K2SiO3溶液浓度的提高,粉煤灰基地聚合物的抗压强度逐渐提高;当K2SiO3浓度为2mol/L时,粉煤灰基地聚合物28d抗压强度达到最大;继续增大K2SiO3浓度,粉煤灰基地聚合物28d抗压强度反而下降,由此可以推测相应的地聚合反应是一个定量的反应过程.

    Abstract:

    The effects of different activators on compressive strength of fly ash-based geopolymers were studied.It is shown that the activative effect of NaOH and KOH solution with different concentration is weak,the compressive strength of fly ash-based geopolymers is low,but the activative effect intensifies when NaOH or KOH solution mixes with K_2SiO_3 solution,and the compressive strength improves too.The K_2SiO_3 solution shows the best activative effect,the compressive strength of fly ash-based geopolymers increases with increasing concentration of K_2SiO_3 solution.When the solution concentration is 2 mol/L,the 28 d compressive strength reaches the maximum,then it decreases with the increase of the solution concentration.It is guessed that geopolymerization is a stoichiometric reaction.
