    摘要:

    通过试验发现聚合物和正电胶(MMH)作为处理剂具有抑制粘土分散、稳定砂土和改善泥浆特性等效果,据此经主要原材料优选试验、造浆率试验、抗污染试验及分散岩屑回收率试验研发了聚合物正电胶泥浆(PMS).在上海复兴东路泥水盾构隧道工程中的应用结果表明:PMS能生成孔隙小、致密性高且厚度大的泥膜,具有良好的实用性及应用前景.

    Abstract:

    It was found that the polymer and the mixed metal hydroxide(MMH) could depress the dispersibility of clay,reinforce the stability of sand and improve the characters of slurry.Then,through the material choice test,makeslurry ability test,anti-pollution test and dispersive drillings recycling test,the polymer-MMH slurry(PMS) was developed.A filtercake with low porosity,high compact and large thickness was made in Fuxing East Road slurry shield tunnel project.It is showed that the PMS has the good utility,and can be extensively applied in the construction of the large-diameter slurry shield tunnel.
