To clarify the effect of interface bond properties on the performance of carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) strengthened reinforced concrete(RC),a new method of studying the bond performance was designed in terms of the strength grade of concrete,the CFRP bond length,the bond width and the number of bond layers.Results of the study show that there exists an effective bond length of CFRP;where the bond strength can also be derived.These results conform with other research.Thus the test method for bond performance designed by authors is proved practicable.
