    采用COULTER SA3100比表面积和孔径分析仪研究了电沉积处理后带裂缝砂浆比表面积和孔结构的变化.结果表明:用ZnSO4溶液电沉积处理过的5 mm处试样以及用MgSO4溶液电沉积处理过的5,20 mm处试样,其总孔体积、各孔径范围内孔的体积、比表面积与未处理的相同位置上的相比均有所下降,而其他位置上的几乎不变;在Zn-SO4溶液中电沉积处理过的5 mm处试样直径在20 nm以上孔的体积减少幅度最大,而在MgSO4溶液中电沉积处理过的5 mm处试样则是总孔体积及比表面积减小幅度最大.

    Abstract:

    The specific surface area and pore structure of cement mortar with cracks after electrodeposition were examined by COULTER SA3100 surface area and pore size analyzer.Results show that: for ZnSO_4 electrolyte solution treated sample at 5 mm away from the electrodeposited surface and the MgSO_4 electrolyte solution treated sample at 5 mm or 20 mm away from the electrodeposited surface the following aspects,such as total pore volume,pore volume in different diameter range and BET surface area,decrease after electrodeposition,but the properies almost remain the same at the other position.The volume of the pores with the diameter larger than 20 nm(they are located at 5 mm away from the electrodeposited surface in the ZnSO_4 electrolyte solution) is most reduced.The total pore volume and BET surface area reach the biggest decrease when the samples are taken 5 mm away from the electrodeposited surface in the MgSO_4 electrolyte solution.
