    摘要:

    提出了用混杂纤维(由碳纤维和玻璃纤维组成)布加固混凝土结构的方法.通过试验得出钢筋混凝土梁的屈服荷载、极限荷载、跨中挠度、钢筋及加固材料的荷载-应变曲线、破坏形态以及其截面沿梁高的应变分布.结果表明:加固后的钢筋混凝土梁其平均应变的分布符合平截面假定;使用加固材料(碳纤维布、混杂纤维布)来提高钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力的补强加固方法是有效的;钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力随加固材料用量的增加而提高;加固材料混杂比例及混杂方式均对钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力有一定的影响;层内混杂纤维的抗弯性能、延伸性能以及经济性均优于单一纤维和层间混杂纤维.

    Abstract:

    A method of strengthen concrete structures with hybrid fiber sheet(composed of carbon fiber and glass fiber) was proposed. Yield load, limit load, middle deflection of reinforced concrete beam and load-strain curves of reinforcing steel bar and reinforced materials, destroy configuration and strain distribution of section along beam depth were measured through experiments. It is shown that the average strain distribution of the reinforced beam is according with flat section assumption. Using of reinforced materials(carbon fiber, hybrid fiber) is a feasible way to improve the bend bearing capacity of the concrete component. The bend bearing capacity of the concrete component is improved as the amount of added reinforced materials increasing and it is affected by the hybrid mode and compound ratio. The bending resistance, extensibility and economical efficiency of the inner hybrid fiber reinforcing are better than the sole fiber or inter hybrid fiber reinforcing.
