海工混凝土早龄期抗氯离子渗透性能的研究

    借助混凝土抗压强度试验、氯离子渗透试验和胶凝材料硬化浆体孔结构试验,对混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力随早龄期时间变化的规律进行了研究.结果表明:在矿渣掺量(质量分数)为50%与水胶比(质量比)为0.30,0.40和0.50时,海工混凝土早龄期抗氯离子渗透能力远小于它们的28 d抗氯离子渗透能力,且其随龄期变化规律不同于抗压强度随龄期的变化规律;在早龄期时由于海工混凝土的孔隙率高、孔径大于50 nm的大孔数量多,因此其抗氯离子渗透能力较弱;尽管在设计海工混凝土时选用了高抗氯离子渗透能力的高性能混凝土,但其在早龄期时也不具有抗氯离子渗透能力.

    Abstract:

    Variation of chloride-permeation resistance of concrete for ocean construction with time at early ages was studied through measurement of compressive strength,chloride permeability and pore structure.Both ordinary concrete and marine concrete mix designs with water-cement-ratio or water-binder-ratio 0.30,0.40 and 0.50 and different cement replacements with 0% slag(ordinary concrete) and 50% slag(for ocean construction) were used.Results indicate that the chloride-permeation resistance of marine concrete at early ages is much weaker than that at 28 d.The variation of chloride-permeation resistance with time is not the same as that of compressive strength with time.Owing to high porosity and high proportion of coarser pores(>50 nm) in marine concrete at early ages,its chloride-permeation resistances is weaker.The results suggeste that for high performance concrete with high chloride-permeation resistance,strong resistance performance may be almost lost at early ages.
