The measurement of membrane potential behaviour in cement mortar by method of (simulation) experiment was reported.The results show that cement mortar is clearly of characteristic of membrane potential that varies under different conditions.The stable value of cement mortar membrane potential ranges from-45 mV to 60 mV.
