Abstract:
This paper provides a review of the reported cases on the thaumasite form of sulfate attack(TSA) of cementitious materials and the reported cases of deterioration in field structures and buildings,where the formation of thaumasite is identified.Also,the factors influencing the occurrence and the development of TSA are analysed.
