Abstract:The recycled concrete aggregate stabilized by lime and fly ash (RSLF) was designed and fabricated by the lime, fly ash and recycled concrete aggregate (RCA). Based on the tests of heavy compact, unconfined compressive test, split tensile test and compressive rebound test, the physical and mechanical properties of RSLF, including the maximum dry density, the best water content, compressive and split tensile strength and the rebound modulus were investigated. The influence of both the lime to fly ash ratio (LFR) and the content of RCA on the performance of RSLF are concluded. Finally, the optimized mix proportion of RSLF is proposed.
