    摘要:

    通过大量的试验系统地探讨了羧基丁苯聚合物改性混凝土的强度、韧性及耐久性能,并进行了经济性分析,结果表明:相对于普通混凝土,羧基丁苯聚合物改性混凝土的路用力学性能、耐久性能较好,性能价格比较高;微观结构分析表明:羧基丁苯聚合物在混凝土中交织成网状胶膜,增大了水泥比表面积,从而使水泥水化反应更充分,微应力更分散,故混凝土的强度得到提高,耐久性得到改善.

    Abstract:

    The mechanical property and the durability of SD622S polymer modified concrete were studied. The economics of the material was analysed. The increase of the flexural strength, the decrease of the compressive strength and modulus, the increase of flexural fracture energy, the improvement of fracture properties, the improvement of the durability and performance price of SD622S polymer modified concrete were showed. The mechanism of the property improvement of the material was discussed from the aspect of micro structure analysis. The results verify that SD622S polymer interlocks into the film network in concrete, increases the specific surface of cement and intensifies the cement hydration. Therefore, the strength of concrete increases and durability is improved.
