Abstract:Workability and cracking resistance of steel-fiber reinforced concete(SFRC) with coarse aggregate of max 40 mm size was studied through comparison between one and two gradations of aggregate. Effects of use level, type, shape and length of steel fiber on the performance of SFRC were investigated. The optimized steel fiber use level(by volume) is 1.5%, type is bowed 60 mm steel fiber. Reasonable evaluation method for workability of SFRC is put forward.
