In measuring the diffusion of chloride in concrete, the impedance spectra of some fly ash concretes due to the diffusion of chloride are reported and theoretically analyzed. It is indicated that the hyperbolic characteristics of the impedance spectra may be attributed to the finite diffusion layer due to the addition of fly ash.
