Abstract:Industrial waste cementitious, which is applied to deep mixing columns, is a new type of soil strengthened agent from industrial wastes. In this paper, some experimental results for indoor comparison tests, including unconfined compressive strength test, consolidation test and permeability test, are discussed in order to check the feasibility of substituting this new cementitious for common cement. Meanwhile, several factors which affect unconfined strength are discussed and relevant expressions are presented.
