水下不分散混凝的应用研究

    通过实验室和工程实例,研究了采用絮凝剂或聚合剂制成的水下不分散混凝土(nondispersible underwater concrete,NDC)的性能,结果发现,此类混凝土性能优异,与普通混凝土相比,其自身的内聚力较高,抗水分散性较好,可以解决水下混凝土的质量问题。

    Abstract:

    The mixes of normal concrete is a kind of coarse dispersible system. The cohesion between its grains is small. When the normal concrete is placed directly in water, the mixes will be dispersed easily by the action of water, leading to the loss of cement, segregation and layering of sand and stone, which changes the concrete grading composition, makes its strength decrease and pollutes water quality. The nondispersible underwater concrete (NDC) is made by adding flocculating agent or polymerizer, which emphatically improves the composition, mixing proportion and properties of concrete. NDC increases the cohesion and anti water dispersity of concrete itself, and radically solves the quality problem of underwater concrete.
