    摘要:

    研究了球与面的接触应力在脆性与准脆性材料中产生的压痕应力-应变关系以及压痕应力- 应变关系以及压痕损伤形貌,通过线弹性变形范围内的荷载与接触面积的关系,确定出脆性材料或构件的弹性模量和临界损伤应力,证明了利用压痕方法对混凝土结构进行无损和在线检测评价的可行性和方便性。

    Abstract:

    Sphere indentation stress strain relation and contact damage for pure brittle and quasi bri ttle materials were investigated using steel spheres with different sizes as the indenter. Elastic modulus and the critical stress to cause damage were determined on the base of linear elastic relationship between the load and the contact area. It was demonstrated that the indentation method is available and convenient for nondestructive evaluation and in situ testing of brittle components, especially for concrete structure. Experiments with different concrete specimens and glass were performed, and corresponding young's modulus was obtained. A small and simple device for in situ test was designed and machined.
