The cohesive structure of the alkali active burned clay cement was studied principally in this paper. The content of the alkali, the temperature of cure and the types of admixture, which were consided as the influencing factors on setting times, were discussed. The content and the type of admixtures which have effective influence on the setting times had been found out.
