    摘要:

    探讨用溶胶凝胶法合成组成为Na2OB2O3SiO2KH560的无机有机复合涂层对水泥砂浆表面的改性效果.适当掺入有机物KH560(KH560与TEOS摩尔比为0.25~1)所形成的无机有机复合涂层具有良好的抗渗性、耐候性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐洗刷性和较高的硬度,能有效地改善水泥砂浆的耐久性.

    Abstract:

    The paper is specialized in the preparation of the coatings, both of Na 2O B 2O 3 SiO 2 inorganic system and of Na 2O B 2O 3 SiO 2 KH560 inorganic organic system, by Sol Gel method on the surface of cement mortar. The effect of modification of cement mortar is also discussed on the basis of the investigation of properties such as the rate of water absorption, weatherability, washing fastness, alkali resistance, acid resistance and superficial hardness, respectively. With the appropriate addition of KH560, especially when the ratio of KH560 to TEOS rangs from 0.25 to 1 (in mole), the formed inorganic organic coatings show better properties mentioned above, which result in the better durability of cement mortar.
