    采用有机插层剂对钠基蒙脱土进行有机化处理得到有机蒙脱土(OMMT),并分别与不同类型的紫外吸收剂(UVA)插层复合制备得到UVA插层OMMT,通过X射线衍射试验对UVA插层OMMT的结构进行了表征;通过熔融共混法制备了UVA插层OMMT改性沥青,采用薄膜烘箱试验和紫外光(UV)老化试验分别模拟了改性沥青的热氧老化与UV老化,通过常规性能试验研究了UVA插层OMMT改性沥青的物理、热氧老化和UV老化性能,评价了不同UVA插层OMMT对沥青耐老化性能的影响。结果表明:不同UVA插层OMMT对沥青的耐热氧和耐UV老化性能均具有改善作用,其中UV328插层OMMT改性沥青和UV326插层OMMT改性沥青的耐老化性能较优,这可归因于UV328插层OMMT和UV326插层OMMT具有较大的插层率,一方面蒙脱土片层结构阻止了热和氧向沥青内部扩散,另一方面较大的插层率可增强UVA插层OMMT对紫外光屏蔽与吸收的协同作用。

    Abstract:

    The organic montmorillonite (OMMT) was obtained via intercalation of Na-montmorillonite by organic intercalator. Then the ultraviolet absorber (UVA) intercalated organic montmorillonite was prepared with different types of UVA and OMMT. The structure of UVA intercalated OMMT was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) test. The UVA intercalated OMMT modified asphalt was prepared via melt blending, and the thermo-oxidative aging and ultraviolet (UV) aging of the modified asphalt were simulated by thin film oven test (TFOT) and UV aging test, respectively. The physical properties, as well as thermo-oxidative and UV aging properties of UVA intercalated OMMT modified asphalt were investigated through conventional physical properties test. Based on these, the effect of different UVA intercalated OMMT on aging resistance of asphalt was evaluated. The results show that both the thermo-oxidative and UV aging resistance of asphalt can be improved by the UVA intercalated OMMT, among which the UV328 intercalated OMMT modified asphalt and UV326 intercalated OMMT modified asphalt show better aging resistance. This can be attributed to the larger intercalation rate of the UV328 intercalated OMMT and UV326 intercalated OMMT. On one hand, the layered structure of montmorillonite can prevent diffusion of heat and oxygen into asphalt; on the other hand, larger intercalation rate can enhance the synergistic effect on shielding and absorbing UV light of the OMMT intercalated by UVA.
