    通过外掺NH4HSO4的模拟手段,研究了脱硝粉煤灰中NH4HSO4在水泥粉煤灰浆体中的留存与释放行为规律,以及留存和释放对水泥粉煤灰体系的影响。结果表明:脱硝粉煤灰中NH4HSO4在水泥粉煤灰浆体中分解导致氨气释放,以及NH4+和NH3.H2O的留存。将30%脱硝粉煤灰掺入水泥中时,留存的NH4HSO4对水泥粉煤灰体系pH的降低程度较小且集中在前1h,对水泥粉煤灰体系后期pH基本无影响;对水泥水化的影响也集中在早期,表现为降低水化放热峰和延缓放热峰的出现,后期随着水化的不断进行,对水泥水化热和水化产物基本无影响。随着NH4HSO4含量提高,水泥粉煤灰体系氨气释放量增大,释放速率加快,但氨的留存比例也越大;氨气释放导致水泥粉煤灰体系孔隙率增加,大孔数量增加;脱硝粉煤灰氨含量增加、搅拌、水灰比的增大都会加快氨气释放速率。

    Abstract:

    The retention and release behavior of NH4HSO4 in cement fly ash paste and the effect of retention and release on cement fly ash system were studied by the simulation method of adding NH4HSO4. The results show that the decomposition of NH4HSO4 in denitration fly ash results in the release of ammonia and the retention of NH4+ and NH3.H2O . When 30% denitration fly ash is added into cement, the remaining NH4HSO4 will reduce the pH of cement fly ash system to a small extent and concentrate in the first 1h, and the influence on cement hydration will also concentrate in the early stage, which is manifested as reducing hydration exothermic peak and delaying the emergence of exothermic peak. In the later stage, with the continuous hydration, there is no influence on cement hydration heat and hydration products. With the increase of NH4HSO4 content, the release rate of ammonia gas in cement fly ash system increases, but the retention ratio of ammonia is also larger. The release of ammonia will increase the porosity of cement fly ash system and the number of large pores.The increase of ammonia content,mixing and water cement ratio of denitration fly ash will accelerate the release rate of ammonia.
