    本文用液体双酚A环氧树脂Der331作为树脂基体,用腰果酚和甲醛对异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)进行改性,通过实验确定了当果酚:甲醛:IPDA的比例为1:1.1:1.2,工艺条件为反应时间为3h,反应温度为90℃时,改性固化剂有最优性能。将改性产品和聚酰胺复配后与参比样进行对比,力学性能均有所提高,同时抗UV紫外老化性能大幅提高。在混凝土中验证发现其可以有效地提高混凝土的抗压强度。该产品性能优异,市场前景广阔。

    Abstract:

    By using the most common bisphenol A epoxy resin Der331 as the matrix, then use methanal and cardanol to modify IPDA. It was determined by experiments that when the ratio of cardanol: methanal : IPDA was 1:1.1:1.2, the reaction time was 3h, and the reaction temperature was 90 C, the modified curing agent had the best performance. Compared with modified products and marketable products, the mechanical properties have been improved, and the anti-UV aging properties have been greatly improved. Verification in concrete shows that it can effectively improve the compressive strength of concrete. The product has excellent performance and broad market prospects.
