    本文研究了高强全珊瑚海水混凝土(CASC)的制备技术、基本力学性能、氯离子扩散与钢筋锈蚀行为,以及钢筋CASC梁柱构件的力学性能,进行了其服役寿命的可靠度分析,为岛礁工程建设提供一种就地取材的低成本高强CASC及其应用成套技术。结果表明:CASC的立方体抗压强度(fcu)最高可达C80;提出了描述CASC受压应力应变关系的两段式方程;CASC具有高初始氯离子含量(C0)、高表面氯离子含量(Cs)和高表观氯离子扩散系数(Da)的“三高”Cl-扩散特征;为了降低钢筋的锈蚀风险,建议在CASC结构中采用有机新涂层钢筋、混凝土保护层厚度至少为5.5 cm、混凝土强度为C50及以上和珊瑚骨料“微泵缓释”氨基醇类阻锈剂(AA);综合考虑钢筋锈蚀和涂层钢筋滑移的影响,建立了钢筋CASC梁柱构件的承载力计算模型;确定了满足50 ~ 100 a服役寿命要求的CASC结构的耐久性设计参数。

    Abstract:

    The preparation technology, basic mechanical behavior, chloride ion diffusion, steel corrosion behavior and reinforced beam-column mechanical behavior of CASC were studied. The service life of CASC structure was analysed. To provide a low cost, high strength of CASC and its application technology. The results showed that: The fcu of CASC can reach C80. The constitutive equations describing the whole stress-strain curve of CASC under uniaxial compression was suggested. The Cl- diffusion in CASC is characterized by high C0, high Cs and high Da. In order to reduce the risk of steel corrosion, it is recommended to choose: organic new coating steel, thickness of concrete cover at least 5.5 cm, concrete strength should reach C50 and pre-absorption of AA inhibitor. Comprehensively consider the influence of steel corrosion and coated steel slip, the calculation model for the bearing capacity of reinforced CASC beam and column was proposed. The durability design parameters of CASC structures that meet the service life requirements of 50 ~ 100 a were determined.
