基于亲水亲油平衡(HLB)理论制备乳化石蜡,通过调整乳化工艺,得到储存稳定性良好的混凝土用乳化石蜡脱模剂,并进行砂浆脱模试验,测定脱模后模具表面的砂浆黏附量、试块表面气孔数量与尺寸,以及试块表面硬度.结果表明:乳化石蜡脱模剂可以有效减少试块表面气孔数量,减小气孔尺寸;模具表面砂浆黏附量的减少和试块表面硬度的提升尚不尽人意,但可以通过增加乳化石蜡脱模剂的施涂次数予以弥补. |

The emulsified paraffin wax was prepared on the basis of the hydrophilic lipophilic balance (HLB) theory. By adjusting the emulsification process, the emulsified paraffin wax demolding agent for concrete with good storage stability was obtained. The mortar demolding test was carried out to determine the amount of mortar adhesion on the mold surface after demolding, the number and size of pores on the surface of the mortar test block, and the surface hardness of the mortar test block, as compared with machine oil as the demolding agent. The results show that the emulsified paraffin wax demolding agent can effectively reduce the number and size of pores on the surface of the mortar test block. The reduction of amount of mortar adhesion on the mold surface and the improvement of the surface hardness of the mortar test block are not satisfactory, though it can be improved by increasing the application times of the emulsion paraffin wax demolding agent. |
