采用熔融共混法、真空负压吸附法和直接混合法制备了不同体积分数的定形二元石蜡/脱硫石膏复合材料,研究了该复合材料的力学性能和热性能.结果表明:当固态石蜡与液体石蜡质量比为1.0∶1.0时,二元石蜡的相变温度为54.8 ℃,相变潜热为96.32 J/g;当二元石蜡与膨胀珍珠岩质量比为2.5∶1.0时,定形二元石蜡具有良好的热稳定性和分散性;随着定形二元石蜡体积分数的增大,复合材料的力学性能和导热系数均呈下降趋势;当定形二元石蜡体积分数为30%时,复合材料的热惯性显著提高. |

Shape stabilized binary paraffin/desulfurization gypsum composites with different volume fractions were prepared by melt mixing, vacuum negative pressure adsorption and direct incorporation methods. The mechanical properties and thermal performance of the composites were determined. The results show that the phase transition temperature of binary paraffin is 54.8 ℃ and the latent heat of phase transition is 96.32 J/g when the mass ratio of solid paraffin to liquid paraffin is 1.0∶1.0. The shape stabilized binary paraffin had good thermal stability and dispersion when the mass ratio of binary paraffin/expanded perlite is 2.5∶1.0. The mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the composites decrease with the increase of the content of shape stabilized binary paraffin. The thermal inertia of the composites with 30%(by volume)shape stabilized binary paraffin is obviously improved. |
