在机场道面超薄层修复工程成功应用基础上,系统研究了磷酸盐基材料(MPC)的性能,并探讨了其修复机理. 结果表明:MPC具有优异的黏结强度、抗盐冻性、耐磨性和体积稳定性;其热膨胀系数和弹性模量与机场道面混凝土匹配性良好,有利于提高其抗应力疲劳性能. 这些性能指标可以有效确保机场道面MPC超薄层修复层具有良好的耐久性. |

Based on the successful applications of the ultra-thin-layer rehabilitation of airport runways, the properties of magnesia-phosphate cement-based material(MPC) were systematically studied, and its mechanism of rehabilitation was discussed. Results show that the MPC material has excellent bonding strength, salt-frost resistance, abrasion resistance and volume stability, and its thermal expansion coefficient and elastic modulus match well with the concrete of airport runway, which is beneficial to improve its stress fatigue resistance. These properties effectively ensure that MPC ultra-thin-layer rehabilitation of airport runways has high durability. |
