温拌胶粉改性沥青的流变和微观性能评价

摘要:
以EM型降黏剂、SDYK型表面活性剂为温拌剂制备温拌胶粉改性沥青.通过动态剪切流变仪(DSR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对胶粉改性沥青(CR)、EM型温拌胶粉改性沥青(CR EM)和SDYK型温拌胶粉改性沥青(CR SDYK)的性能进行测试,研究2种温拌剂对沥青流变性能的影响,并探究其微观力学性能和宏观流变性能之间的关系.结果表明:CR EM和CR SDYK的抗变形能力均优于CR;温拌剂对胶粉改性沥青以物理改性为主;2种温拌剂的掺入使沥青微观均方根粗糙度Rq减小、微观杨氏模量增大;利用统计分析软件对3种沥青的微观力学指标(微观杨氏模量)与宏观流变性能(改进车辙因子G/sin9δ)进行相关性分析,两者具有良好的相关性.

Performance Evaluation of Warm Mixed Crumb Rubber Asphalt Based on Rheological and Microscopic Characteristics Analysis

Abstract:
Warm mixed crumb rubber asphalt was prepared by using EM viscosity reducer and SDYK surfactant. Dynamic shear rheometer(DSR), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and atomic force microscope(AFM) were used to study the performance of crumb rubber modified asphalt(CR)、EM viscosity reducer type warm mixed crumb rubber asphalt(CR EM)and SDYK surfactant type warm mixed crumb rubber asphalt(CR SDYK). The effects of two warm mix agents on the rheological properties of asphalt were investigated, and the relationship between micromechanical properties and macroscopic rheological properties was explored. The results show that the anti deformation ability of CR EM and CR SDYK is better than CR. Warm mix agent is mainly used for physical modification of crumb rubber modified asphalt. Adding two warm mix agents can reduce the root mean square roughness(Rq) and increase the micro Youngs modulus. The correlation between micro mechanical index(micro Youngs modulus) and macroscopic rheological properties(improved rutting factor G/sin9δ) of three kinds of asphalts is analyzed by statistical analysis software, and the two have good correlation.
