聚合物对3D打印建筑砂浆流变性能的影响

摘要:
研究了聚合物在不同剪切速率下对3D打印建筑砂浆表观黏度的影响,同时还对3D打印建筑砂浆的触变性、屈服应力和塑性黏度进行了研究.结果表明:单掺保塑剂(HMC)会对3D打印建筑砂浆的表观黏度、触变性、塑性黏度和屈服应力产生较大的影响;HMC与塑化剂(KHC)复掺、乳胶粉(FX)与KHC复掺以及HMC、KHC、FX复掺具有很好的协同效应;复掺HMC、KHC、FX的砂浆在适当掺量下,可取得良好的3D打印性能.

Influence of Polymer on Rheological Properties of 3D Printing Building Mortar

Abstract:
The influence of polymer on the apparent viscosity of 3D printing building mortar under different shear rates was studied. The thixotropy, plastic viscosity and yield stress of 3D printing building mortar were also investigated. The results show that hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HMC) has a great influence on the apparent viscosity, thixotropy, plastic viscosity and yield stress of 3D printing building mortar; HMC with starch ether(KHC) compound, redispersible latex powder(FX) with KHC compound, or HMC, KHC with FX compound have a good synergistic effect; and when HMC mixed with KHC and FX at a suitable dosage, it is most beneficial to achieve good 3D printing properties.
