通过半圆弯曲断裂(SCB)试验,测试环氧树脂混合料的断裂能,并确定其最佳油石比.采用双线性内聚力模型(BCZM)模拟了环氧树脂混合料的断裂试验,并和SCB试验数据进行了对比,进而分析了试件应力分布、裂缝产生和损伤破坏规律.结果表明:断裂能可作为确定环氧树脂混合料最佳油石比的重要指标;环氧树脂混合料断裂经历了初始加载、试件损伤、裂缝产生、裂缝扩展、试件破坏5个阶段;采用BCZM模拟环氧树脂混合料的断裂行为较为合理,可行性较高;增大材料的断裂能和开裂强度能够延缓裂缝的扩展. |

Fracture Characteristics and Numerical Simulation of Epoxy Resin Mixture |

Abstract: |
The fracture energy of the epoxy resin mixture was obtained through a semi circular bending(SCB) test. By comparison of fracture energy for samples with different oil stone ratios, the optimal oil stone ratio was determined. The SCB test was simulated using bilinear cohesive zone model(BCZM). The stress distribution, crack generation and evolution were analyzed and verified by test results. Results show that fracture energy can be used for determining the optimal oil stone ratio of the epoxy resin mixture. The fracture process of epoxy resin mixture can be divided into five stages: initial loading stage, damaged stage, fracture stage, fracture propagation stage and specimen failure stage. It is reasonable to simulate fracture behavior of epoxy resin mixture using BCZM. Increase of the fracture energy and cracking strength can delay evolution of cracks. |
