采用传统工艺制备出B2O3引入量分别为0,56,112,168g的SiO2 Al2O3 BaO CaO B2O3固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)封接玻璃,并通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、高温显微镜(HSM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热膨胀仪、电化学工作站及扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,系统研究了B2O3引入量对SOFC封接玻璃结构与封接性能(润湿性和玻璃粉烧结性、玻璃特征温度以及玻璃析晶所产生的热膨胀系数变化、玻璃陶瓷的电性能和封接界面稳定性)的影响.结果表明:随着B2O3引入量的增加,SOFC封接玻璃结构中的[BO3]含量不断增加,[SiO4]含量不断减少;SOFC封接玻璃封接性能的变化规律取决于其结构的变化,其中B2O3引入量分别为112,168g的玻璃性能满足实际SOFC封接玻璃的要求,可用于实际SOFC单电池的封接. |

The SiO2 Al2O3 BaO CaO B2O3sealing glasses with 0,56,112,168gB2O3 addition in solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) were prepared by a conventional route. The effects of B2O3 content on the structure and sealing performance of the glasses(the wettability; the sintering of glass powder; the characteristic temperature of glass and change in thermal expansion coefficient caused by crystallization; the electric properties and sealing surface stability of glass ceramic) were researched systemically by Fourier infrared spectrum(FTIR), high temperature microscope(HSM), X ray diffraction(XRD), thermal expansion instrument, electrochemical workstation and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results indicate that the content of[BO3]increases, but the [SiO4]decreases with the B2O3 content increasing; the variation rule of sealing properties in four kinds of glass depend on the change of their structure, and the glasses with 112,168g B2O3 addition meet the requirements for SOFC sealing glass, which can be used for the sealing of SOFC single battery. |
