      通过接触角、渗透深度、吸水率这3个参数,研究了有机硅涂覆方式对水泥砂浆防护性能的影响,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪、X射线衍射(XRD)仪、超景深显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM),对砂浆试件的化学结构、矿物组成及微观形貌进行了表征.结果显示:有机硅的最佳涂覆方式为1次涂覆,涂覆量为250g/m2;有机硅与砂浆试件作用的机制是通过缩合反应生成特征峰为1037cm-1的稳定Si—O键,形成有机硅树脂而使试件表面粗糙度减小,长链的—R基作为疏水端排列在水泥砂浆表面及毛细孔道内,从而起到防护作用.
英文摘要:
      Contact angle, penetration depth and water absorption rate were measured for organic silicone protective performance of mortar of different coating methods, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X ray diffraction(XRD), ultra depth of field microscope, scanning electron microscope(SEM) were used for characterization of chemical structure, mineral composition and microstructure. The results show that the best coating method of organic silicon is one time coating with a dosage of 250g/m2. The mechanism of the interaction between organic silicon and mortar samples is the formation of stable Si—O bonds with characteristic peak of 1037cm-1 by condensation reaction, and the sample surface roughness decreases by organic silicon resin, long chain —R base as hydrophobic is arranged inside the slurry surface and capillary channel to play a protective role.
