硅烷偶联剂改性轻集料及其内养护性能

摘要:
采用硅烷偶联剂(SCA)溶液改性轻集料,研究了改性轻集料作为内养护介质时的性能.结果表明:SCA溶液对轻集料内养护性能的影响与其质量分数有关,当SCA的质量分数为005%和010%时,可进一步优化轻集料与水泥石的界面过渡区,提高内养护混凝土的力学性能及内养护减缩效率;采用适宜质量分数的SCA改性后的轻集料在实现混凝土内部湿度调控、降低收缩的同时,还可提高混凝土结构的自身抗力,有助于提升混凝土的抗裂性能.

Internal Curing Properties of Lightweight Aggregate Modified with Silane Coupling Agent

Abstract:
Internal curing properties of lightweight aggregate modified with silane coupling agent(SCA) solution were investigated. Results indicate that the related internal curing properties of modified lightweight aggregate are affected by the concentration of SCA. With the mass fraction of SCA of 005% and 010%, the quality of interfacial transition zone between lightweight aggregate and cement paste can be further improved, shrinkage reducing efficiency of lightweight aggregate and mechanical properties of concrete are also enhanced. By using an appropriate concentration of SCA solution, the modified lightweight aggregate can reduce the shrinkage by regulating the internal humidity and increasing the resistance of structure, which is beneficial to increase the cracking resistance of concrete.
