采用动态剪切方法对沥青进行时间扫描、频率扫描等试验,对比时间扫描过程预测的车辙因子G*/sinδ与实测车辙因子误差;采用WLF方程对沥青玻璃化转变温度(Tg)进行拟合,并对玻璃化转变温度表征混合料低温性能的适用性进行了分析.结果表明:回归计算的普通石油沥青车辙因子与实测车辙因子相对误差小;石油沥青及简单相态改性沥青的玻璃化转变温度拟合相关程度高,数据稳定,变异性小;复杂相态结构的聚合物改性沥青拟合结果数据离散,平行性差;玻璃化转变温度与混合料低温破坏应变关联程度高. |

The dynamic rheological test method was used to test the high temperature rutting factor of asphalt, combined with the time scanning and frequency sweep. The results show that the relative error of petroleum asphalt G*/sinδ measured between time scanning process regression analysis and field test is quite small. According to the formula of WLF equation and fitting method, the glass transition temperature(Tg)fitting was carried out. As a result, petroleum asphalt and simple modified asphalt show higher degree of fitting correlation and better result reproducibility compared with polymer modified asphalt with complex phase structure. The correlation degree between Tg and low temperature failure strain of the mixture is much better than ductility. |
