采用凝胶渗透色谱、红外光谱、荧光显微镜等从化学和微观角度对TB+SBS复合改性沥青进行观测,对其反应机理进行分析,并采用动态震荡和多应力蠕变恢复试验对其流变性能进行评价,最后采用汉堡车辙试验对其混合料高温稳定性进行验证,以期找到高温性能俱佳的掺配比例.结果表明:TB+SBS复合改性沥青的最佳配合比为:w(胶粉)为200%,w(SBS)为30%;SBS的掺加使TB沥青产生了交联反应,相对分子质量增大,弹性恢复能力增强,从而使其混合料的高温性能得到大幅提升.考虑TB沥青在经济和环保方面的优势,其具有一定的工程应用潜力. |

Gel permeation chromatography(GPC), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and fluorescence microscopy were used to explain the reaction mechanism of enhancement of property of terminal blend asphalt(TB) by SBS polymer. Then, rheological tests such as dynamic oscillatory test and multiple stress creep recovery(MSCR) test were conducted to evaluate the both high temperature properties of TB binders. Finally, Hamburg wheel tracking test was used to evaluate the high temperature performance of asphalt mixtures. The results show that the optimum use level was 200%TB+30%SBS. Meanwhile, cross linking reaction takes place in TB binder, which leads to the formation of network structure in modified asphalt. Thus, the molecular weight of TB rubberized asphalt increases and its elastic recovery property, high temperature performance of binder and mixture are significantly enhanced. TB rubberized asphalt has potential in engineering use considering the advantage in price and environment protection. |
