基于活性氧化镁掺量的碳化砌块性能及机理研究

摘要:
通过室内试验,研究了活性氧化镁掺量对碳化砌块抗压强度、微观特性和耐久性的影响.结果表明:3种活性氧化镁掺量(质量分数)下的砌块在碳化0~14d时,其抗压强度逐渐增加,在碳化14~28d时,其抗压强度略有降低,当活性氧化镁掺量为35%时,碳化砌块的抗压强度明显高于活性氧化镁掺量为15%和25%时;活性氧化镁的碳化产物主要是水碳镁石、水菱镁石和球碳镁石,活性氧化镁掺量越高,其碳化产物越多、砌块内部孔隙越小;活性氧化镁掺量为35%的试样耐久性最好.

Property and Mechanism of Carbonization Blocks at Different Reactive MgO Amounts

Abstract:
Laboratory tests were performed to investigate the influence of reactive MgO mixing amount on compressive strength, its characteristics and durability of the carbonization blocks. The results show that the compressive strength of the carbonization blocks increases from 014d of carbonization, while it decreases slightly from 1428d of carbonization. The compressive strength of the carbonization blocks with 35% amount(by mass) of reactive MgO is significantly higher than that of 15% and 25% amount of reactive MgO. The carbonization products of reactive MgO are mainly hydromagnesite, nesquehonite and dypingite. More carbonization products and denser texture are observed in carbonization blocks with the higher amount of reactive MgO. The durability of the carbonization blocks with 35% amount of reactive MgO is better than that of 15% and 25% amount of reactive MgO.
