研究了烧成制度对利用富含Cr,Zn等重金属电镀渣泥制备的防辐射功能集料矿物组成和性能的影响规律,探讨了电镀渣泥防辐射功能集料的烧成机理.采用预烧焙烧的烧成方式成功制备出具有γ射线屏蔽性能的防辐射功能集料,其对0662MeV的γ射线线性衰弱系数≥0220cm-1,单颗粒抗压强度≥500MPa,表观密度为260g/cm3左右,重金属浸出浓度符合环境安全要求. |

Effects of sintering system on the mineral composition and properties of aggregates prepared by electroplating sludge rich in Cr, Zn and other heavy metals were studied. The sintering mechanism of anti radiation functional aggregate prepared by electroplating sludge was discussed. The anti radiation functional aggregates with γ ray shielding performance were successfully prepared by precalcination calcination. The linear weakness coefficient(μ) of 0662MeV γ ray for the aggregates was greater than or equal to 0220cm-1. Single grain compressive strength was greater than or equal to 500MPa, and bulk density was 260g/cm3. The leaching concentration of heavy metals could meet the environmental security requirements. |
