岩棉板纤维在水泥碱性环境下的耐侵蚀特性

摘要:
对岩棉板中纤维(RWBF)与岩棉纤维(ORW)进行对比分析,研究了RWBF在水泥碱性环境中的耐久性.在水泥滤液加速侵蚀条件下侵蚀28d后,对侵蚀介质中化学元素浓度变化及纤维微观形貌、表面化学元素分布、矿物组成变化进行了分析.结果表明:在水泥滤液中侵蚀28d后,ORW全部粉化,RWBF仍保持良好的纤维形貌;RWBF中Si,Al的溶出速率明显低于ORW及RWBF,ORW粉末,侵蚀后试样固体中有新相生成,主要为水化硅酸钙,且RWBF侵蚀产物的生成量较小,说明RWBF表面的胶黏剂及憎水剂对纤维起一定的保护作用,使其抗侵蚀性能远强于ORW.

Corrosion Resistance of Rock Wool Board Fiber in Alkali Environment of Portland Cement

Abstract:
Compared with original rock wool(ORW), the durability of the rock wool board fiber(RWBF) used in Portland cement based materials was analyzed. After accelerated corrosion for 28d in cement filtrate, the concentration of the chemical elements in the corroded solution, the micro morphology of the fibers, the distribution of surface chemical elements and the mineral composition were tested. It is found that after accelerated corrosion for 28d, the ORW turns totally to powder, while the RWBF maintains good fiber shape; dissolution rate of silicon and aluminum in the RWBF was significantly lower than that of the ORW and milled powder. During the accelerated corrosion process, the main product was hydrated calcium silicate, and RWBF generates the minimum amount. Due to the adhesive and water repellent on its surface, RWBF has certain protective effect and much higher corrosion resistance than ORW.
