高吸水性聚合物对水泥砂浆物理力学性能的影响

摘要:
研究了高吸水性聚合物(SAP)对水泥砂浆在不同养护温度下的流动度、凝结时间、抗折强度和抗压强度等物理力学性能的影响.结果表明:在0,10,20,40℃养护温度下,SAP对水泥砂浆的物理力学性能具有显著影响,且养护温度不同,SAP的作用效果也有所不同;SAP能提高水泥砂浆流动性,降低流动度经时损失,延长凝结时间,但其掺量(质量分数)变化的影响较小;温度越低,SAP对水泥砂浆流动性的改善效果越显著;SAP在一定程度上能提高水泥砂浆在20,40℃下的抗折强度和早期抗压强度,但不利于水泥砂浆中后期抗压强度发展,且导致水泥砂浆在10℃下各龄期的抗折强度和抗压强度均有所降低.

Effects of Super Absorbent Polymer on Properties of Cement Mortars

Abstract:
The effects of super absorbent polymer(SAP) on the fluidity, setting time, flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar under different curing temperatures were studied. The results show that the SAP has great influences on the properties of cement mortar under curing temperatures of 0, 10, 20 and 40℃, with its influence varying with the curing temperature. SAP can greatly improve the fluidity, decrease the fluidity loss and prolong the setting time of cement mortar under different curing temperatures, with slight influences of its addition variations on these properties. Besides, with the curing temperature decreasing, the improvement of SAP on the fluidity gradually increases. SAP can improve the flexural strength and the early aged compressive strength of cement mortar under curing temperatures of 20 and 40℃, but is not beneficial to the development of compressive strength at late age under these two curing temperatures. Additionally, SAP can slightly decrease the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar under the curing temperature of 10℃.
