采用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)溶液来模拟蒸压加气混凝土料浆,并测试了HPMC溶液黏度,研究了溶液黏度和NaOH质量分数对铝粉气泡稳定性的影响.结果表明:HPMC溶液黏度与HPMC质量分数呈幂函数关系;溶液黏度增加,有利于铝粉气泡的生成和稳定,直到达到溶液黏度临界值;增加NaOH质量分数将提高铝粉发气速度,但过高的NaOH质量分数会加速气泡的合并和破裂,因此NaOH质量分数存在一个最佳值. |

Different viscosity of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether (HPMC) solution which was used to simulate the autoclaved aerated concrete slurry were chosen to observe its influence on stability of aluminum foam. Effect of sodium hydroxide on foaming and stability of foam was investigated. The results show that there is a power relationship between the mass fraction of HPMC and viscosity of HPMC solution. The increasement of viscosity is favorable for the aluminum foaming and the stability of the foam until the critical value. High mass fraction of NaOH will accelerate the foaming, however, higher mass fraction of NaOH can speed up mergering and rupture of the foam. There is an optimal value for the mass fraction of NaOH. |
