以普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,采用化学发泡法制备了表观密度为160kg/m3且抗压强度符合要求的超轻发泡水泥保温材料.系统研究了搅拌工艺、原材料组成及养护方式与超轻发泡水泥保温材料力学性能的相关性.结果表明:通过控制搅拌工艺参数和组成材料掺量,可使超轻发泡水泥稳定性较好,气孔适宜且均匀,力学性能优良;养护方式对超轻发泡水泥抗压强度有一定影响,自然养护条件下其抗压强度最高,标准养护条件下次之,蒸汽养护条件下最低. |

Foam cement is gradually becoming new wall materials due to its excellent performance as energy saving, environmentally friendly and fireproof. The ultra light insulation materials with its apparent density of 160 kg/m3 and the strength meeting the requirements were prepared by means of chemically foaming method, using the ordinary Portland cement as the binder. The study examine the correlation of stirring conditions, composition of raw materials, curing methods with the mechanical properties of the ultra light foam cement. The results show that foam cement can own favorable stability, appropriately uniform porosity and excellent mechanical properties by controlling the stirring parameter and the addition of component materials; and curing methods have influence on the compressive strength of foam cement partly:the compressive strength is the highest under natural curing conditions, standard conditions followed; and steam conditions the lowest. |
