采用正交试验对硅灰氧化铝地质聚合物进行了力学性能试验研究.结果表明:影响硅灰氧化铝地质聚合物强度的因素依次为碱激发剂浓度、硅铝比(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3))、碱激发剂种类.配制硅灰氧化铝地质聚合物的碱激发剂为KOH,其最佳浓度为3.0mol/L,硅铝比为4.当KOH浓度为3.6mol/L,硅铝比为4时,硅灰氧化铝地质聚合物的抗折强度可达7.17MPa,抗压强度可达17.15MPa. |

Mechanical Properties of Silica Fume Aluminum Oxide Geopolymer |

Silica fume aluminum oxide geopolymer was prepared and its mechanical properties were investigated through orthogonal test. Results show that the properties of geopolymer are determined by the concentration of alkali activator, the molar ratio between silicon and aluminum and the type of alkali activator. It is recommended that the concentration of alkali activator is 3.0 mol/L, the ratio between silicon and aluminum is n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=4, and the best suitable alkali activator is potassium hydroxide. It is observed that flexural strength and compressive strength of geopolymer are 7.17 MPa and 17.15 MPa respectively when the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 3.6 mol/L. |
