在理论分析的基础上,对柱状法试验过程进行了一定程度的简化,探讨了采用砂浆离析百分数(MSP)来表征自密实混凝土(SCC)静态稳定性的可行性.同时结合原柱状法中的评价指标,验证并修正了砂浆离析百分数的取值范围.结果表明:采用筛取柱状法试验仪器上、下节柱中混凝土砂浆的方法来取代将粗骨料洗出、擦干的过程可对原试验过程起到较好简化作用;自密实混凝土砂浆离析百分数与静态离析百分数线性相关;当砂浆离析百分数不大于12.8%时,自密实混凝土静态稳定性良好. |

A simplified column test procedure was proposed and the mortar segregation percent(MSP) of the concrete was chosen to characterize the static stability of self compacting concrete(SCC). The evaluation index was established through the test results of the normal column test. Results show that column test could be simplified by collecting the top and bottom mortar of the equipment instead of the process of washing and wiping up the coarse aggregates. A linear correlation was found between MSP and static segregation percent. When MSP is smaller than 12.8%, SCC would have better static stability. |
