采用ASTM法测试了不同阴极NaCl溶液浓度(质量分数,下同)条件下的混凝土6h电通量,分析了氯盐浓度对混凝土中氯离子渗透系数的影响规律并探讨了其中的作用机理.结果发现:氯盐浓度对氯离子渗透系数的影响存在峰值,在一定浓度范围内可用上凸型二次多项式来表示;对混凝土耐久性破坏最严重的危险氯盐浓度范围为40%~60%;当氯盐浓度大于90%时,混凝土中的氯离子渗透系数反而保持在较低水平. |

Influence of Chloride Concentration on Chloride Ion Penetration in Concrete |

The service life of concrete was significantly dependant on chloride concentration in external environment. The electric flux of concretes in 6 hours at different NaCl solution concentration conditions was tested by ASTM method, and the influence of chloride concentration on chloride ion penetration coefficient for concrete was investigated. The results show that, a peak exists in the relation between chloride concentration and chloride ion penetration coefficient, which can be expressed in a form of quadratic polynomial. Danger range(about 40% to 60%, by mass) for chloride concentration will damage concrete durability mostly. The chloride ion penetration coefficient varies little with chloride concentration over 90%. |
